This is the famous linament from IPI, which is effective on Rheumatism, back pain and muscle pain, headaches, sprains and stiff neck.  Used as a counterirritant, it is very effective on insect bites and itchy skin.  It is also good at relieving muscle cramps and gas pain when applied to the affected areas.
